I just read the halt notice and they clearly say it's in relation to the strategic review, i.e not operational bed news.
'The reason for the trading halt is to prevent trading taking place in a speculative or uninformed market'
LMAO, ISF has been speculative for months, and they ask for a halt now?????
The good news I think is that, regardless of what they do, I think the market will be suitably impressed with the fact they ARE doing something.
The question of what;
Cap raising = short term pressure on the sp as i would expect the sp to trade down to the 'discounted' offering price.
Trade sale = for bits of the business, reduce income and debt, sounds equal.
Takeover approach = sell and take your money.
