I'm very surprised by this trading halt and the share placement.
The only explanation I can come up with is that Matrix finds itself in a situation similar to another company I have a part ownership in, in that demand for their product is so strong and has so far exceeded their predictions that they need the extra capital to satisfy the demand from all clients.
If this is the case, that the need for extra capital has come about from an unforeseen increase in demand for their product, I will not be disappointed.
