Cnooc might want the shortfall of the oppies.I think CNOOC is getting their 50% very cheaply as it is.These guys are not short of a quid.Still it was in bad taste by the company for giving us that last ann after the due date.If it was released probably no one would of taken them up except for those bargain hunters that picked them up in the last couple of weeks for next to nothing.
