Any bid at or around current sp would be rejected by holders especially the likes of orbis who averaged in at more than 1.80 postconsol pricing. Faith in management and the board is almost zero, but the clear expectation is that they would also reject any offer at that price. The mbo failed and wad shy of the nta so why would valad sell the lot at anything less than the total nta. Any offer significantly short of nta based on current revaluations would be ridiculous. Ever hopeful the board does something in holders interests for once. I however would realistically expect them to pretty much accept anything since they obviously don't rate holders highly, they get paid anyway (for no results) and to top it off we have Salwin running the show who comes from s background in slicing and dicing. Let's reserve judgement till we get an announcement.
