The trading halt states a capital raising, so now it's all about the price and size of the raising. 120m shares pre-approved at the last meeting, so another 15% of the company on top of these can be issued without further s/h approval if required.
The sp over the last 5 days has probably averaged about 1.5c so the raising can be as low as 1.2c. Had to happen at some stage so may as well get it out of the way now.
The risk is that whoever gets them just keeps dumping into any good news. Easy no-risk money if they get them for around 1.2c
