Given the lack of cash I am a bit concerned about the dilutionary aspect of any potential JV. I hope it is, as Eveready suggests, something that they have found within Quince, although the wording of the TH request make me think it's a new acquisition.

Very exciting to have a left field surprise like this Gold announcement, but I hope the dilution is kept to a minimum.

Good luck to all, I'd certainly rather be holding than not when in a TH for a surprise gold announcement.
