the mine by fulfilling the technical, environmental, legal and economic requirements of the potential processing of uranium, exploited from the Mining Domain, through the
Quercus Plant to a standard validly accepted by international experts in mining. This in turn will lead to a payment of 20 million Euros to ENUSA by Berkeley, within 30 days of the formation of NEWCO."
