obviously i'll be proven either right or wrong tomorrow, but i would be a little surprised if it was just a small raising at a slight discount.. they seemed to have plenty of cash last quarterly and weren't burning thru it at a rate that would have seen a raising this soon (imo)
maybe we're going to have a larger, more significant raising to coincide with the AIM listing?? having spoken to the company a couple of times, i'd be very surprised if they are willing to issue large amounts of shares at these prices...
any sizable raising should really be done at a premium for two reasons: you can't actually buy a big parcel of shares on market - no vol.... and secondly, there shouldn't be a big rush to raise funds now, so best to wait til the price improves
