    I am surprised the entitlement issue was not mentioned in the announcement. When the TH was called they mentioned an update on this as part of the TH. I suspect more news is to come soon in relation to new funding.

    IMO the JV is significant and I am happy to give this company a bit more time to generate sales and market awareness. I expect Eaton will take an interest in these guys somewhere down the track.
