Unlikely to be any announcement on the Nigerian tenements - no drilling going on there yet, so unlikely to have any results to cause a trading halt. Most likely it's a deal to sell the Australian assets, to fund some serious exploration activity on the Nigerian tenements. This was flagged in the June quarterly report just out.
