Lord I agree - perhaps its about who pays the compo, more politically palatable if the Feds come to the party and get the State Gov out of a stick hole!?
Also a very clever move to miss the volatility of the market!
ABC Radio alive reporting that maybe the reason for suspension is that the compo payment needs to be settled, decks cleared - before either capital raising takes place or joint venture announced !
