    Announcement regarding a capital transaction.

    Could this be an increase in the 40% interest in the Tejon Footwall Project?

    Or is this regarding the $7m placement at $0.09? This was meant to close on 29th July, but there has not been an announcement to my knowledge of this completing?

    Any ideas?
