I think you might be right there, as the last few quarters have been looking better and I think the hard work from DOW is starting to pay of. With the FDA approving Zinclear, was another important factor. Are we just going to see DOW?? put significant funds into the company, or are management going to give long suffering shareholders a chance to get stock at the same price as well.
I'm expecting something on the positive side.
