In the past ANO has not gone into a trading halt for a placement, so I think we can safely assume that the general shareholders will be asked to tip in.
For ANO to scale up and become a company of significance more capital was always going to be required, so this announcement is certainly not a surprise. Here's hoping to a clearly articulated and well defined path to prosperity!
