No mention of Coronet contesting their contractual obligation to release the funds, or of any claim that Latin Gold misrepresented the level of community support. Be very interested to see Coronet's view of the situation.
Until then I see it as a re-negotiation of the terms of sale on good faith by Latin Gold. Fine with this as long it ensures no legal dispute ensues that would result in a timely case regardless of the reasonableness of Coronet's claims.
