    I was almost certain this was going to happen, i was around when they did their previous one @ .43 and that was before we had globe star they are offering @.42 what a joke im not happy at all i for one am not taking this up i recently brought a lot more when it dipped to .43 and now own all the PEM I care to it could be a good chance for other i guess but

    Thoughts anyone.
