    This is terrible news, CR will be 50% dilutionery to retail holders. SP will probably go to 30c. Chinese company now, not interested in profits. PEM don't need the money and have access to finance, so why a CR????Something's not right...?

    Well done to those who traded PEM for a profit, but for those (like me) who believed the story and "invested" in the company.....it's a long road ahead now.
