I have been watching PEM for months, but couldnt figure out what was missing in the market's valuation of the company. Something wasn't right.

I guess some knew/expected that the company would tap the market for funds as the forward value of the company was so low.

I feel lucky I have the opportunity to sit on the sidelines for a while and see how things unfold. I think there maybe an opportunity to enter the company at great value.

For all the cash they hold and what they plan to raise they haven't really sold the story/plan well right at this moment though.
