Agreed after numerous large chineese companies getting involved in ASX stocks I have owned (OMH IBG HIG ) , my experience to date is that the small invester gets hammered.
There seems to be a cynical way the chineese companies treat the asx rules to, over disclosures and also in domiciling the parent company in places like Bermuda to prevent Australian regulaters from intervening.

Such a pitty as for me PEM was getting its act together with two great mines in production. may have to take a hit on this one.
