    Takeover is different from a JV. Perhaps CPL will sell a minority stake in the Vista project, this combined with debt funding may be sufficient to meet our share of develpment costs. Bottom line is we may not have to issue another share in CPL...no more dilution.

    Youve spoken to management then Banksy? or is this just your guess?
