Begs the question of why they did not ask for TH at same time they released 7 November announcement ???!

Could have had a halt at 37c and then raised capital at 20-25c without all the speculation.

Now last trade at 10c doesn't set them up well for CR negotiations, even if 10c is stupidly low relative to net assets.

Big ouch for all the people who funded last CR.

Management have a hole to dig themselves out of.
