What's the money going to be used for?
Would it not be more prudent to delay the CR until the jorc on Theseus is complete and its place in the scheme of the whole project is defined?
A 'CR' now would be in .06/.07cps range and the sp will languish there. I topped up at the last CR at .15cps..........................
