As a longterm shareholder I am grieved to tell you that I understand a representative of Argonaught advised my representative on Friday that the issue/placement has been completed at 35 cents.
I am personally outraged about the placement and the company's failure to consider the rights of it's shareholders.
It will be interesting to see who the beneficiaries of the placement are.
If there is a need for shareholder activism then this is a classic case. It appears so bad that the authorities should take a keen interest.
When you see what the company is proposing as a sweetner to the shareholders your anger will be white hot.
