This would appear to be a company that places the interests of it's shareholders, and the rules of proper disclosure right at the bottom of it's considerations.
We will obviously have to await the notice of meeting and the proposed resolutions to be put to shareholders. My first thought is to sell my shares ASAP, the second is to hang on and vote no, the third is to call a meeting of shareholders and remove the directors.
