I am incensed and I will only be disincensed if I can get on the Argonaut bandwagon/gravy trail or the resolution is defeated and Miles gets the boot.
This is so pathetic.
It's not over yet Patrick and Adrian. Don't give up! We have a fight on our hands for sure, but we might be able to KO this if we act in concert.
Adrian, I've posted my email address. Don't hesitate to contact me. You can trust me and my confidence (anyone else too who feels aggrieved.) Patrick already has. Even though I am a very experienced solicitor (property, business, estate planning etc), I am not credentialled to attack this personally and directly from a legal point of view. However, I do have the right city connections, both at the solicitor and bar level, mainly Sydney.
Shareholders can't be treated with such contempt.
