asf, The maths are starting to become even more difficult. Firstly what are the assets being purchased really worth? These assets include mostly unproven exploration ground, a low grade gold reserve and a mothballed processing plant. Sandfire, Oz Min independantly and others passed on the deal. How do you mathematically calculate the loss of shareholder value in what must be one of the most heavily discounted issues/placement/purchase considerations ever made? How do you calculate the negative value from a loss of credibility?

This deal looks increasingly like a big roll of the dice engineered by people who are not accountable for failures.

Big investors and insto's who would ultimately be required for 'Jason and the Argonaughts' vision of the golden fleece to be realised will now be very wary of investing in this company under it's present direction what ever it's prospects.
