    adrian, it seems the mathematicians have added it up and have come up with the deal being calculated- with the free options- at about 52c. Way better than 35c. Maybe they figure that the options won't be too far out of the money, so it's worth a crack. Still disappointing, but not as bad as 35c disappointing.
