I guess what you meant was that I can buy them at 12.5 cents??? Well I did, and I will pick up some more around these rates... Or below, if they drop.
It is no surprise that the property in Europe has dropped in value and there is a possibility that they may drop even further. But for a company that earned 6.95 cents last year and with a book value of 35 cents, it was certainly cheap at 18-19 cents, and I believe the European situation was/is already factored in.
This latest announcement only adds further to how much this company is undervalued. It has 17 cents worth of cash sitting in Australia!!! And its SP is only 12.5 cents?!?
Am I missing something?
So they might suspend or reduce distributions, but hey, if they use the funds to pay down their debts, so be it. It all ends to build a better long-term company. In fact, I place these as a long-term buy, with the understanding that they do come with a little risk.
