the discount doesnt worry me at all. nor does the tranche system, people worry too much about cap raisng discounts imo..... sure, we all love to get our hands on some but thats not always possible.... when the company is good discounts often have little or no impact on the share price, and often are accompanied by "price sensitive news"
i'm not saying this will happen here but its often the case.... and may be the catalyst for our next move up ;)
when the company doing a CR is a dog... and then does the CR at a discount, well of course the oprice will fall to the CR price.....
this is not the case... certainly if it drops to 50's i will be averaging up ;)
