Time will tell the exact details but hopefully the sp will get a wriggle on this is all done and dusted.My analysis below;

Volume weighted average of the last month has been 64c. If they issue at a 5% discount to this then price will be between 60c and 61c, 10% discount will be around 58c.

Under the constitution I think they can only issue 15% of shares outstanding without shareholder approval, which is 15% of roughly 88mio.

So I am am guessing anywhere between 10-13 mio shares at between 60-61c, hope they don't do the 10% discount.
