I think it all depends on the quality of the project Apex Management can put forward. (If they are in a position to put one forward). They (APEX Management) must have had a pretty good quality project proposal to present to the significant shareholders that hold 5%+ each of the company.

If its the same old same old I think they'll stuggle to get traction on this one.
