imo sp dip just due to nervous nellies reacting to jm departure. wephone r and d far too valuable to telstra in the new 4g and nbn world to resist picking up at a bargain price. current dip may have triggered t/o. a pie t/o now lines up exactly, timing wise with the telstra aquisition of tech company ivision last year. or who knows jm may have been given a year to establish his new business model but as there are no deals major shareholders have now agreed to initiate final discussions for sale to tls
