    I'm afraid there are too many methods to discuss.

    First board would choose to recommend or not.
    If not, hostile takeover?
    Cash for share far more likely considering TLS cash position.
    90% votes required to compulsorily acquire all shares
    Or scheme of arrangement.


    Anyway...lets wait to see what comes out.
