Ann: Trading Halt , page-5

I am sure that the announcement is being timed to coincide with an ANN by another party. As I can't find another mining Co that is a logical partner in a TH I am guessing that the other party is so big that this isn't a significant event to that Co. This indicates that a big Co the size of Vale, Xstrata, RTZ, BHP is involved.
I noticed that today in the Australian/WSJ it was reported that Vales profit had nose dived 21% in Q4 but there was no mention of JVs or acquisitions.

I suppose we will have to be patient until Monday.
