They told us that in the last financial statement to the end of December.

Then they told us they were going to produce gold at $1080 per oz all told, for next three months. So they should have positive cash flow in January and February, unless they totally failed to achieve this.

I am of the opinion that we are not going bust just yet.

As I said earlier in one of my posts, they could have stopped mining if it was unprofitable and just use the cash raised on building the crusher, then resuming mining later and trucking partly processed dirt to Barrick resulting in better net cash outcome.

The announcement might be something like that. If they can not mine ore rich enough to generate positive cash flows now, they need to stop mining for the time being and use the sparse cash to construct the value adding crusher first and resume mining when it profitable.
Lets wait and see.
