    It might be time to stop toll treating, it is not proving profitable, and is a lot of work for little reward. KMC should just stack the ore for later.

    It is probably time to prove up additional resources via exploration drilling, which may involve a capital raising. And it might be time to purchase it's own drill rig. Some good drill results would be a start.

    It might also be time to put the workers on 12 hour shifts rather than the current 8 hour shifts, and reduce the work force.

    The sooner KMC can sell the overseas assets the better.

    It looks like KMC is not going anywhere fast, so let us just wait and see what plan B looks like. Here is hoping KMC also has plans C and D in store.
