if they've got 'take or pay contracts' on gas and reagents god help them. include payroll and cash burn would make your average dalkeith housewife look like a fiscal conservative.
combining the chairman and MD role into executive chairman is against ASX good corporate governance guidelines and will not help shares holders get more sense out of the company. its definitely not in the share holders interests.
