Tim Goyder has roughly 75 million shares in Liontown, so if his other company Chalice Gold goes pear shape with the Chinese bid to acquire the main asset at $80 mil plus another $20 mil for another surround section falls over - then TG will more than just feel the pressure.
There is added risk - the TG risk or the Shanghai risk. Both slightly different, but both real.
