Clearly this trading halt is due to the announcment being market sensitive-

Here are my guesses
1) capital raising via private placement to institutional investors .
The company now require cash if they are to get more active in terms of resource calculations and RC drilling programmes.
2) A rights issue at say 3.0c then we know what will happen.
I believe they are basically looking to announce a resource calculation in relation to the Vanadium so i would put my money at least on this.
