I'm all for the CR but doing it at 12 month lows is not a good look and smacks of desperation.

ORD with enough cash to tread water for the remainder of the year should have held off until after the (apparently) imminent JORC upgrade and combined the CR back-to-back. The JORC upgrade would have given the SP a significant short term boost. That's standard procedure at this end of the market and I'm certain our management would have done this if it were possible.

So what this is telling me is there is not going to be a JORC upgrade anytime soon.
