hektikkk: I would - rightly or wrongly, of course - regard those $200k (earmarked for "other projects") as simple RESERVES. They should have just declared them as such, in my view (NOTHING WRONG with having some reserves, even tiny ones!). Cannot see how on a measly $200k you can seriously start any new project?
