My key concern is...

$2,000,000 for the IPO..
With no "set in concrete date of the IPO to happen" I am concerned that this money will be diverted.

Being, If that money is needed elsewhere, do you think they wont touch it :) ?

Then we are back to square one...no real develpoments, no IPO, and no money?

Disappointed, but by no means ready to throw my toys out of the cot :)

So many questions still to be clarified. I think they need to assure us (me), that the money WILL be directed as stated. This would rekindle some of my dented confidence.
