Two rules of Trading/investing
Never speak to management
And never email them with questions
The rest you can make up.
Don't get emotional, but ruthless in your decision making.
Cut your losses and move on.
For those suffering huge losses there will come a time to exit with some grace after pattersons will look to the exit signs.
As for hope leave it at home, it doesn't work in this market only misery.
