REQUEST FOR A TRADING HALT
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Central Petroleum Limited (“Company”) (ASX:CTP)
requests a trading halt to its securities effective immediately, pending an
announcement to be made by the Company regarding changes to the Company’s key
management personnel.
The Company requests the trading halt be in place until the earlier of the
commencement of normal trading on Monday 26 March 2012 or when the
announcement is released to the market.
The securities requested to be placed in a trading halt are CTP and CTPO.
The Company is not aware of anything that would prevent a trading halt from being
granted.
