CAn someone (clever person) explain how these two paragraphs do not contradict each other??
Have Ariona now given A$8m to Sekoko (for 25% stake) and have the right to later pay A$13m for a further 10% stake which would give them a 35% stake altogether???
How can Sekoko retain 1.7% shareholding and then in the next paragraph have a shareholding reduced to 30%????
