Misfits has some extra info it seems, for 7kms you could haul it until the rail was build if the enviromental plan allowed it. They wouldnt let res do it though.
As for the value calc? Well i though it was simple.
10% of the project for 13 million = 100% for 130 million.
Values the total project at 130 million, (undervalued)
A bit better than tata deal but not much IMO.The only plus is they only gave up 10% instead of 30%.
We would always be able to get finance after a BFS from anyone.
Misfits it will be cheap freight if we get picked up from mine gate, we getting an annoucnement on this in the future?
