Firestone to lift veil on restructuring

[miningmx.com] -- FIRESTONE Energy has requested a suspension in the trading of its ASX and JSE-listed shares, expecting to announce a major restructuring by Wednesday.
"Shareholders are advised that the Company has entered into negotiations, which if successfully concluded may have a material effect on the price of the company`s securities," read a company statement.
"Accordingly, shareholders are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company`s securities until a full announcement is made."
Firestone expects to make an announcement by no later than Wednesday.
