The cash burn rate has decreased significantly since the capital expenditure program concluded.
Secondly, investors are interpreting no news as bad news (no contract wins). Such an interpretation is merely a reflection of negative sentiment rather than an indication of the underlying state of the business.
Thus, I fail to see how "financial update" indicates or warrants interpretation as a capital raising.
