Good contribution Pompey. I don't think it will be a capital raising - not at this price after they paid a dividend for 1H FY12 and made an effort in the half year pressy to show liquidity has not deteriorated from FY11. Also, if it were a capital raising the trading halt request would have said so. For the same reason, I don't think it is M&A / JV action. For me, that leaves my theory (good news), a further downgrade (which does not concern me too much) or something bad out of left field (eg Henderson commissioning wrinkle), which does concern me.
