the statement says it's regarding the recommendation from the W.A. Enviromental Protection Agency (WAEPA). Interesting however they are asking for the maximum amount of time for the halt to be granted - is this normal for TOE?
Have been keeping an eye on this one for a while and in the current makret it may take a while for momentum to build off a good announcement. In saying that however not sure what confidence this will bring (if the WAEPA approve) as I believe there can still be appeals to any decision. Would be much better if this was the decsion to mine.
